Responsibilities

We are looking for individuals who can handle expanding sales channels to bicycle shops, general stores, and more. In addition to conveying product appeal and encouraging adoption, you will be responsible for route sales, follow-ups, and support. Telephone sales will be a primary focus. Remote work and direct sales are also possible. Let's spread our in-house brand COOZY and more! You will be entrusted with creating sales strategies, expanding sales channels, PR activities, and more. You could also reach sales by proposing products you discover yourself in addition to existing electric-assist bicycles and children's bicycles. Support tasks for various promotion activities such as test rides and events will also be assigned.

Main Duties

• Developing new clients, selling and proposing products to clients
• Supporting client retailers with sales and other after-sales services
• PR activities at test rides and events
• After joining the company, during the trial period (up to 6 months), you might be assigned duties in other departments (logistics warehouse, store customer service, etc.) as part of training.

Qualifications

MUST:

• Sales experience
• Regular driver's license(There might be occasions where you need to transport display vehicles to dealerships.)

WANT:

• Ability to perform simple maintenance and customization (having a mechanic certification is a plus)
• Familiarity with electric-assist bicycles
• General interest in bicycles
• Interest in cycling and driving
• Basic ability to read English or Chinese is a plus

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to handle customer inquiries from business partners and online purchasers. You will provide support for various internal tasks and assist in coordinating with different departments. Remote work is the primary mode, allowing for a balanced work-life situation without the need for daily commuting.

Main Duties

• Provide support via phone, email, or chat for inquiries, troubleshooting, and assistance with unclear points.
• Handle tasks related to product inventory, shipping, and maintenance.
• Assist with administrative tasks and company vehicle arrangements.

Qualifications

MUST:

• Customer service experience.
• Strong written communication skills and PC skills.
• Confident in providing detailed and courteous customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently with a sense of urgency.

WANT:

• Experience in the bicycle industry (sales, repairs).

Working Hours

• 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM with a 60-minute break

Salary

Base Salary (Negotiable) + Incentives (Sales Positions Only)
